Studio Kuraの新しい試み「Studio Kura the〜Kitchen & Gallery〜」が始動します。第一弾となるワークショップが決定いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。東京からライター・編集者である水野さんがやって来て、白玉を使った料理ワークショップをします。なになに？面白そう！と思った方、詳細は以下をご覧ください。

「10年後の自分」をテーマにユニークな白玉を作ります！ 緑茶やイチゴ、ココアなどの着色料、チョコレートやきな粉、 ごまなどのデコレーション素材をご用意します。「色」「形」「 デコレーション」など、どんな白玉を作るかはあなたの自由！ 柔軟な発想で「10年後の自分」を表現してみましょう。 作り終えた後には、皆さんが作った白玉について説明してもらい、 みんなで白玉を味わいながら、 自分や他の参加者の方についてより深く知ったり、 それぞれの表現手法からインスピレーションを受けたりする時間を 設けます。 真っ白で粘土のようにどんな形にもなる無限の可能性を秘めた白玉 で、未知なるものを創り出する楽しさを味わいましょう！

公務員を退職後、デンマークにある”大人の寄宿学校” として有名なフォルケホイスコーレに留学し、 写真や動画撮影などについて学ぶ。 同時にライターとして文章を書き始めたことがきっかけで、現在、 IDEASFORGOODというウェブメディアのライター・ 編集者として世界中で取材をし記事を書いている。2019年1月から4ヶ月間、東南アジアを旅しながら、カンボジアの小さな美しい島で、現地の人や世界中からの旅行者に、白玉を振る舞うマイパブリックプロジェクトを実施。帰国後、東京都内のアーティストコミュニティレジデンスで、白玉を使ったアートワークショップを開催。

‘Shiratama de Art’ Cooking WorkshopWhere do you see yourself in ten years? We’re going to cook and shape our future with Shiratama, the Japanese traditional sweets made from rice. Using some natural colouring and ingredients such as green tea powder, sesame and chocolate. you can make your own Shiratama and express your future with various colours, shapes and decoration. After cooking, we’ll have time to talk about your artwork with other participants, and finally, enjoy eating Shiratama! Why not have fun to create beautiful and tasty Shiratama together?

▼Nagisa Mizuno/ Artist & CreatorNagisa delights in getting inspired by travelling and exploring new things. She likes to express herself by writing, photos and artworks. Also values a natural life.
After leaving her previous job, she studied photography and video making in Denmark. She wants to create an enjoyable place where people get together, have fun and bring out their creativity, using art and ‘shiratama’. Her passion for art and ‘shiratama’ continues while she was travelling around Southeast Aisa for 4 months in 2019. So did public ‘shiratama’ art projects in Cambodia and Japan.
